“Our credibility is built on conversations that start with patients, not products.”

The North America Medical Affairs Organization is committed to high-quality scientific engagement with the healthcare community.
Team members support both of Alcon’s vision care and surgical franchises for the entire lifecycle of a medical device, with a larger focus on post-market activities.
The prime goal of the North America Medical Affairs team is to develop and disseminate up-to-date scientific and medical information relevant to Alcon technologies and products. Our team develops post-market clinical trials, or AITs, develops relationships with eye care providers, researchers and payors, and provide planning and grant support for medical education to eye care providers. We also provide writing support and develop peer-reviewed publications and other medical/scientific communications.
